The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Property Manager to work onsite this beautiful modern apartment complex, managing a portfolio of 60 new apartments.

The Property Manager shall be responsible for the management of the portfolio including but not limited to:-

- Oversee a dedicated portfolio of modern apartments onsite the development
- Property advertising
- Ensure all operations strictly follow the NSW Property and Stock Agents Act.
- Manage rent arrears
- Introduction and qualification of tenants
- Property inspections
- Management of arrears
- Tenancy breaches where necessary
- Prepare cases and represent landlords at NCAT hearings
- Maximising rental revenues
- Use of Console Cloud (Reapit),



Inspection Express, REI Forms
- Monday to Friday (Saturdays where required)

The Candidate will possess the following to be considered:

- 2+ years’ residential Property Management experience (and ideally Onsite Property Management experience)
- NSW Real Estate Licence/Registration
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to communicate with wide range of stakeholders
- Australian Citizenship or PR and Drivers Licence
