MAK Luxury Charters is a Perth-based luxury chauffeur and transportation service providing premium airport transfers, corporate transport, wedding and special event transportation, tours, sightseeing and VIP services. The business operates a fleet of luxury vehicles and provides professional, punctual and personalised transportation services across Perth and regional Western Australia. About the Role

MAK Luxury Charters is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of its luxury chauffeur and charter services. Key Duties

- Manage daily operations, bookings, vehicle allocation and chauffeur schedules.
- Supervise, train and support chauffeurs and operational staff.
- Develop procedures to improve service efficiency, vehicle utilisation and business performance.




- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and client relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle availability, maintenance, cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor costs, revenue, bookings and profitability and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, transport and licensing requirements.
- Develop strategies to increase bookings and expand corporate, tourism and private charter services.

Skills & Experience

- Relevant qualification and 1–2 years’ relevant full-time experience in operations or service management.
- Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
- Ability to manage budgets, operational costs and business performance.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety and relevant transport requirements.
