? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Monitor key operational metrics and highlight unusual changes or potential risks.
- Support teams with data-driven recommendations and ad-hoc analysis.
- Review existing workflows and help identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collect, organize, and validate information from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, product, and other teams on improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, reports, and operational procedures.
