? About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Analyst to help improve day-to-day business processes, monitor performance, and turn operational data into practical insights. You’ll work across teams to identify inefficiencies, support reporting, and contribute to smoother and more effective operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and performance metrics.
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and business summaries.
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and operational issues.
- Investigate process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Support forecasting, planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Assist with workflow analysis and process documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, product, and other business teams.
- Maintain accurate records, datasets, and operational documentation.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business improvement initiatives.
- Track action items and help teams follow through on operational priorities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of business operations, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis techniques.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other reporting tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with data and identify meaningful patterns.
