? About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Analyst to help teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You’ll analyze operational data, monitor performance, identify process gaps, and support initiatives that improve everyday business operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze operational and performance data.
- Monitor KPIs, workflows, and business performance metrics.
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and operational summaries.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support forecasting, planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Investigate operational issues and help develop practical solutions.
- Assist with documenting workflows, procedures, and process changes.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, product, and other internal teams.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and operational decisions.
- Track improvement initiatives and monitor their results.
- Maintain accurate operational records and analytical documentation.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of business operations and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and common reporting techniques.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify patterns and translate data into practical insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
