Overview

rhi is seeking an Operations Manager to support and deliver project services for global/regional owners and operators within O&G;, Mining and Energy sectors.

Scope of services include Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Benchmarking, Cost and contract management, Planning and Schedule risk analysis.

This is a senior level role within the organization and will contribute to the development and growth of the APAC region. Being the focal point for client engagement whilst contributing day to day to fulfill workloads, confirming financial targets and commitments to clients, will be key to your success.

Ensuring corporate policies, assessing staff performance and supporting technical and strategic initiatives are met.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

- We are looking for candidates ideally from a Quantity Surveyor background with at least 10+ yrs of experience, coupled with team, planning and organizational skills.

- Degree qualification preferred (ideally having achieved chartered status). Long-term proven experience required where degree is lacking.
- Highly regarded, is demonstrable experience preferably with O&G; or Tier 1 construction related company or in private practice.
- Engineering Office / Site Experience / Consultancy /Top tier
