NSW Health Pathology is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Business Partner to play a key role in shaping workforce capability, leadership and culture as we continue to fulfil our promise to care, protect and partner across our state-wide service.
As part of our centralised Organisational Development Team, you will work collaboratively with leaders across the organisation to design and deliver evidence-based initiatives that enhance orgnaisational effectiveness, workforce capability and employee experience. You will leverage your expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development and cultural transformation, together with the ability to influence stakeholders, to deliver lasting change in our complex and evolving environment.
There are two opportunities being filled through this advertisement as follows:
- Permanent Full Time (1.0 FTE) Organisational Development Business Partner
- Temporary Part Time (0.8 FTE) Organisational Development Business Partner up to 28 May 2027
What You'll Be Doing The Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner is responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of organisational development initiatives that support workforce capability and organisational performance across NSW Health Pathology. Working as part of a centralised OD team, this role supports statewide organisational development strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with NSW Health Pathology priorities.
The role contributes to the design and application of contemporary organisational development frameworks, including organisational design, workforce planning,
talent management and succession planning, and performance systems, while also delivering learning, leadership and culture programs.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, psychology, leadership development, or related field and/or demonstrated practical experience
- Highly developed communication, consultation, facilitation and coaching skills, including conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement and delivery of training programs to diverse audiences across all organisational levels
- Experience supporting organisational design, workforce planning, recognition and talent frameworks
- Proven ability to design and implement evidence-based organisational improvement initiatives that support workforce capability, performance and cultural change
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex and changing environments.
- Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role.
