As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Campus Manager to lead campus operations, drive a positive student experience, and ensure the effective coordination of campus services, facilities, and stakeholder engagement at our Sydney campus.

About the Role

n

As the Campus Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Sydney campus. You will play a key role in supporting students, staff, trainers, and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of campus experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing daily campus operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for students and staff
n
- Leading and supporting campus administration functions
n
- Coordinating student services and addressing student enquiries and concerns
n
- Supporting lecturer and academic teams with campus requirements
n
- Managing campus facilities, resources, and operational needs
n
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures
n
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders
n
- Supporting student engagement, retention,



and overall campus experience
n
- Assisting with reporting, scheduling, and administrative processes
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with robust leadership and communication skills.

You will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in campus management, education administration, operations, or a similar leadership role
n
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A student-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Experience managing teams and operational processes
n
- Experience within the higher education, vocational education and training (VET), or international education sector will be highly regarded
n
