What's involved
n
n
- Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Parramatta to Penrith
n
- Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care
n
- Pest and disease control
n
- Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard
n
- Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
n
- Report on progress, issues, and suggest improvements
n
- Foster a culture of safety
n

About You
n

- You are trade qualified in horticulture or have solid experience in the industry
n
- You have excellent working knowledge of all of the techniques, tools and equipment used in the field
n
- You pride yourself on your well‐honed communication skills.

- Most importantly you have proven ability to effectively prioritise workflows, impart knowledge to others and be a mature and reliable leader of others
