Role

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing user-focused, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role blends functional design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration. You'll act as a trusted advisor helping clients adopt best practices, drive user adoption, and shape future-state experiences.

You'll work across both AMS and project delivery, collaborating with architects, developers, SMEs, and change managers to translate business needs into functional solutions.

You will:

- Advise clients on "what's possible" using out-of-the-box Salesforce features
n
- Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes
n
- Gather and prioritise business requirements and user stories with SMEs
n
- Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices
n
- Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops
n
- Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance
n
- Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement
n

n

You will have

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration
n
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
n
- Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows
n
- Passion for user-centric design and business transformation
n
- Consulting background preferred
n
- Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
