BlueCare, Bundaberg's Argyle Gardens Retirement Village, is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to oversee a grounds team and ensure a protected, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
You will manage lawn and garden maintenance, lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise contractors, and contribute to a sense of place aligned with Village standards. A Queensland licence and First Aid/ CPR are preferred.
