Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to join a leading national building services company based in Moorabbin. This is a true generalist role where you'll partner with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

- Providing HR advisory support across all aspects of employee relations, including dispute resolution, workplace investigations and negotiations
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and development
- Ensuring consistent HR processes, documentation and compliance
- Managing performance management processes
- Contributing to engagement, retention and continuous improvement initiatives




- Building trusted relationships with employees and managers while maintaining a commercial approach to decision making

What you’ll bring

- 3–5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator or Advisor role
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, including workplace disputes, conflict resolution and negotiations
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
- Robust communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- A proactive, people focussed approach combined with strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement
- Previous experience in the building services or construction industry will be highly regarded
