Energetic Switchboards is seeking an experienced Electrical Switchboard Builder - Leading Hand to join our growing workshop team in Luscombe, Queensland.

This full-time, hands-on role involves electrical switchboard construction, control wiring, busbar fabrication, quality monitoring and testing. You will work alongside the Workshop Manager while providing practical guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Queensland electrical work license and have approximately five years of relevant experience. However, demonstrated skill, quality of workmanship, attitude and effort are more important to us than years of service alone.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and demonstrated capability, with future increases based on performance and contribution to the business.
