The Federal Court of Australia is seeking a motivated IT Service Support Officer to join our national IT team. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support to staff across Courts and Tribunals, handling incidents with a focus on service quality and qualified customer handling.
Working within a dispersed Service Desk, you will log, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues, use ITSM tools, and assist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SOE deployments.
