The role
n
We are seeking an experienced full-time Sales Consultant at Palm Lake Resort, Yamba Cove.
n
You'll work alongside our Sales Manager, taking prospective homeowners from first enquiry through to settlement and handover.
n
What you'll do
n
n
- Own your enquiry pipeline from first call to keys in hand;
n
- Run display home and resort tours that have clients picturing themselves living here;
n
- Build real relationships with buyers and their adult children, who are often a key part of the decision-making;
n
- Keep deposit holders engaged and confident through to settlement;
n
- Manage selections, contracts, deposits and handovers;
n
- Support on-site events and buyer engagement activities;
n
- Keep sales records, database and collateral accurate and current.

What you'll bring
n
n
- A track record of closing, ideally in property or land lease;
n
- The discipline to keep your pipeline warm;
n
- Genuine warmth with our mature clientele;
n
- Exceptional communication and polished presentation;
n
- Current C Class Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
