Tasman Star Seafood Market is looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Oyster Openers to join our Factory Team in Molendinar.
We’re looking for people who can work efficiently in a rapid-paced seafood environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.
About the Role:
- Opening/shucking fresh oysters efficiently and safely
- Preparing oysters for retail sale and customer orders
- Maintaining excellent product presentation
- Keeping your workstation clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting the seafood team when required
About You:
- Oyster opening/shucking experience is highly regarded
- Seafood or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Available for weekend and peak-period work
