Busselton Farmers Market is a growing fresh fruit & vegetable wholesale company in South West WA. Delivering 7 days to restaurants, cafe's, aged care & hospitals from Harvey to Augusta.
About the Role
The role is a critical part of our operation to supply the best quality produce to our customers. The Packing Supervisor will support the packing team to complete orders, ensuring quality & accuracy & completing administrative & customer service tasks including;
- Inputting orders
- Liaising with customers as they place their orders
- Assisting with stock management
- Supervising pack and prep team
- Ensuring orders are packed accurately following our procedural processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Supervisory/managerial experience
- Warehouse experience beneficial
- Ability to problem solve & make decisions based on variable factors
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced setting
- This role would suit someone that has worked with fresh produce (former chef?), however, is not a requirement as training will be provided
- Physically fit - able to lift large crates up to 20kg
- Good verbal & written communication skill
