About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for experienced Pallet Repairers to join a busy and quick-paced warehouse team. If you've recently worked with pneumatic nail guns, hand tools, or in pallet manufacturing/repair, we want to hear from you.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a physical environment, and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Repairing and rebuilding pallets using, Pneumatic nail guns, Hammers, Grinders, Hand and power tools
- Working in a high-volume production environment
- Assisting with warehouse operations and truck loading when required
- Manual handling up to 20kg
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following workplace safety procedures at all times
What's On Offer 2x Roles Available Morning Shift
- $41 per hour
- Monday to Friday roster
- Morning Shift 6am -2pm
- Ongoing full-time hours
- Immediate start available
1x Roles available Afternoon Shift $46 per hour
Monday to Friday roster
Afternoon Shift 2pm-10pm
Ongoing full-time hours
Immediate start available
What We're Looking For
- Recent experience using nail guns and hand tools (essential)
- Experience in pallet repair, construction, roofing, framing, or similar trades highly regarded
- Forklift licence with experience handling irregular or oversized freight
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work
- Reliable transport and current driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights (no working holiday visas or student visa)
