About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to become an important part of our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a positive experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our chiropractors and Practice Manager to provide outstanding customer service and ensure the day-to-day operations of the clinic run efficiently.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails and patient enquiries.
- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments using Cliniko.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Assist with patient forms and maintain accurate patient records.
- Rebook appointments and support patient retention.
- Keep the reception area clean, organised and welcoming.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinic presentation.
- Restock reception and clinic supplies as required.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

- Is confident using computers and learning recent software.
