This is a part-time opportunity designed for accomplished professionals who may already have full-time careers. You do not need to leave your current position. Selected experts can schedule the work around their existing professional commitments, provided they can contribute at least 20 hours per week and meet project deadlines.

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a medium-sized team of exceptional finance and accounting professionals for a high-priority AI project.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
- A master’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline, or a recognized professional credential such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ, ACCA, CFA, or CMA
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced Excel, financial research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Strong professional judgment and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience producing or reviewing executive-level financial work
- Professional fluency in written English
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, rubric creation, AI training programs, or quality review of AI-generated work is highly preferred
Relevant backgrounds include technical accounting, financial reporting, audit, FP&A;, corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, investment research, transaction advisory, and financial consulting.
The role
Selected experts will apply their finance and accounting expertise to evaluate and improve complex AI-generated work. Responsibilities will include developing and reviewing realistic professional assignments, identifying errors or weaknesses, documenting findings, and establishing clear standards for high-quality results.
This work requires the ability to recognize subtle problems, evaluate whether conclusions are properly supported, and understand what a polished skilled deliverable should look like.
Engagement details
- Expert contributor rate: US$120/hour—approximately A$170/hour
- Reviewer or quality-control rate: Up to US$140/hour—approximately A$200/hour
- Engagement: Part-time independent contractor
