PART-TIME LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Logistics Assistant (3-days) to support the Logistics team with national and international purchase orders, invoicing, barcodes, and logistics scheduling. You'll also work closely with Production, Merchandise Planning, Finance, and Warehouse teams on inbound deliveries. We're looking for someone with high attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude!

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

- Chase and process commercial invoices and shipping documents from overseas suppliers
- Communicate with forwarders to receive shipping documents on time
- Input and update all invoices accurately and promptly into the system (AP21)
- Update invoices weekly based on stock arrival schedule
- Check all invoices and update Logistics schedule with deposit and balance payments made in accordance with Supplier terms
- Raise/create Purchase Orders once details are confirmed




- Record POs in the Logistics schedule
- Update completed barcode list and tracking detail to suppliers on a daily basis
- Update logistics schedule with shipping dates, arrivals, changes, and vessel info
- Assist with general paperwork, filing, and documentation for logistics and supply chain processes

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisation
- A ‘Can Do’ attitude and willingness to support/collaborate with the team
