Purpose
As a Partner Experience Specialist, you play a vital role within our Asset Management Team. Your friendly, diplomatic, and proactive approach is key to building and nurturing strong relationships with our apartment owners across a diverse portfolio of properties.
Your problem-solving skills and expertise will be instrumental in fostering connections with potential owners, serving as a brand ambassador to contribute to the growth and enhancement of our property portfolio.Note: This position is internally referred to as Owner Relations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, lasting trust with current apartment owners while establishing connections with potential investors and key building stakeholders.
Problem Solving & Investigation: Respond to inquiries from apartment owners regarding their investments, financial returns, and account structures. You will proactively investigate the details,
analyse account data, and deliver clear, accurate resolutions.
De-escalation & Resolution: Effectively address and resolve complex inquiries or concerns. Your calm, empathetic approach will turn challenging situations into positive outcomes, protecting and enhancing Accor's premium brand reputation.
Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong level of knowledge about the management letting options provided by Accor and relevant industry legislation.
Portfolio Growth: Drive brand expansion by implementing key strategies and initiatives to increase keys under Accor’s management.
Skills and Experience Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the natural ability to make people feel heard, valued, and respected.
Conflict Resolution: Confident in your ability to cultivate strong relationships, de-escalate friction, and implement solutions that fully rectify issues while enhancing service quality.
Organisation & Drive: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and thrive under pressure, supported by strong administrative and time-management skills.
Qualifications: A current real estate sales certificate or transferable license is beneficial—but if you are still nearing completion or don't have it yet, we will sponsor you to complete it during your paid work hours!
Background Screening: Due to our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism (AML/CTF) regulations, all successful candidates will participate in pre-employment background screening, including identity verification, a national police check, and a bankruptcy/insolvency search.
