We are seeking a passionate individual to support front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional service to both external and internal clients. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their workload, especially during peak periods, and act as a conduit between clients and the Sales and Property Management team.

While previous real estate experience is not mandatory, a history of reception work with impeccable phone etiquette is essential. The successful candidate will possess a warm, welcoming personality, committed to consistently enhancing the customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to do more than just Reception. You will be responsible for not only the day-to-day running of the office, but will also provide pivotal support to our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls,
delivering excellence in client service at all times and redirecting enquiries to the appropriate person
n
- Respond to queries and complaints in person, by phone and email in a timely, professional manner, escalating to management where required
n
- Manage a diverse workload
n
- List properties via different channels and create marketing assets for print and online media
n
- Process agency agreements, property files, exchanges, marketing campaigns and settlements
n
- Ensure all meetings and meeting rooms are prepared for clients
n
- Coordinate, stock and maintain general office operations including:n n
- Kitchen and office supplies
n
- Equipment maintenance
n
- Building management
n
n
- Reporting, filing and record keeping
n
- Maintain, monitor and update office compliance
n
- Assist sales and administration staff with general services and help desk enquiries
n
- Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the office
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Real estate or receptionist experience preferred but not required
n
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM databases efficiently.
n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Well presented, excited and enthusiastic
n
- Reliable, punctual, honest and trustworthy
n
