A well‐known architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect / Associate to join their Sydney team. With a supportive and team-oriented workplace culture, new hires are rare, as the company experiences very low staff turnover. Their projects span the Multi‐Residential and Community sectors, offering a diverse, challenging and stimulating portfolio.

With one team member going on maternity leave, the company is now looking to bring in a skilled professional on a full‐time permanent or 12‐month contract, depending on the candidate's situation.

The role involves leading project delivery across all phases, collaborating with internal teams and consultants, and ensuring the successful completion of innovative multi‐residential and community projects.

Qualifications

- 6–10+ years post‐graduate experience in an architectural practice
n
- Experience across all project phases, with a strong focus on project delivery
n
- Proven track record in Multi‐Residential and Community projects
n
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Based in Sydney
