With a high volume of takeaway and delivery orders, the business is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead daily operations and drive continued success.

About the Role

n

Pizza Hut Kallangur is looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the restaurant.

n

This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a proven track record of improving operational performance, developing teams, and delivering excellent customer service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

As Retail Manager, you will:

n

n
- Oversee the daily operations of a busy Pizza Hut restaurant.
n
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 14 employees, including Shift Runners, Pizza Chefs, and Delivery Drivers.
n
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce food preparation and delivery times.
n




- Drive local sales growth and improve customer satisfaction (Voice of Customer scores).
n
- Ensure compliance with Pizza Hut brand standards and Australian food safety regulations.
n
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control, stock rotation, and minimise waste.
n
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency.
n
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members.
n
- Prepare staff schedules and conduct performance reviews.
n
- Monitor labour costs, sales performance, and operating expenses.
n
- Produce operational reports for senior management.
n
- Promote a safe, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.
n

Requirements

n

Applicants should have:

n

n
- At least 12 months' leadership experience in Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management.
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
n
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Computer literacy, including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
n
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certification (essential).
n
