Responsibilities

- Advising clients on cyber preparedness and incident response.
n
- Managing complex data matters (privacy, spam, surveillance) and related transactions.
n
- Designing and implementing data and AI governance frameworks.
n
- Conducting regulatory investigations and advising on enforcement action.
n
- Collaborating with other practice groups to support cross‐functional client needs.
n
- Delivering executive‐level advice to boards and senior management.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Experience advising on cyber preparedness and incident response.
n
- Hands‐on experience with complex data, privacy, spam and surveillance issues.
n
- Experience in regulatory investigations or enforcement matters.
n
- Knowledge of AI governance and transactions is desirable.
n
- Strong technical background and academic credentials.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
n
- Track record managing multiple, large matters and leading teams.
n
- Willingness to participate in business development activities.
n
