As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality testing services across a large-scale digital transformation program. Working closely with the Test Manager, Project Managers, business stakeholders, and vendors, you will ensure testing activities are planned, executed, and delivered to a high standard. You will contribute to the successful implementation of complex, integrated ICT solutions by driving quality assurance across multiple testing phases and supporting the delivery of reliable, business-ready systems. This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract based in office in Darwin.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Develop and maintain key testing artefacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Status Reports.
n
- Design, execute, and manage System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Verification Testing (PVT), and Regression Testing.
n
- Lead automation testing initiatives using SmartBear TestComplete, including the development and maintenance of automated regression suites.
n
- Execute integration and end-to-end testing across multiple applications, APIs, databases, interfaces, and file-based data transfers.
n
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
n
- Record, manage, and track defects through resolution using JIRA,



facilitating defect triage and regression validation.
n
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure requirements traceability and successful solution delivery.
n
- Support and coordinate UAT activities with business users, ensuring testing outcomes align with business expectations.
n
- Validate data integrity and investigate issues across integrated systems to ensure accurate and reliable business outcomes.
n
- Mentor junior Test Analysts and provide technical guidance to support team capability and successful project delivery.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Test Analyst delivering testing services across complex ICT projects.
n
- Strong expertise in test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and test reporting across all testing phases.
n
- Proven experience developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and comprehensive regression test suites.
n
- Hands-on experience with SmartBear TestComplete for automation testing and maintaining automation frameworks.
n
- Strong experience with integration, end-to-end, API, and data validation testing across multiple enterprise systems.
n
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger.
n
- Excellent analytical,



troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues across integrated environments.
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills, with experience coordinating UAT and collaborating across business and technical teams.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within project timeframes.
n
- Desirable experience within government or education sector environments, along with ISTQB certification and exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.
