What You Need

Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
n 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience

n Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
n Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
