For over 40 years, Lives Lived Well has been supporting people to live their lives well. We are a not-for-profit healthcare provider delivering evidence-based services across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, specialising in alcohol and other drug support, mental health, and gambling services.

About the Role

n

Weu2019re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People and Capability team.

n

In this role, youu2019ll help shape the future workforce of Lives Lived Well by coordinating recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers across the organisation, youu2019ll play a key role in attracting and engaging high-quality talent that enables us to continue making a positive impact in our communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, candidate sourcing, employer branding and early talent development.

What Youu2019ll Be Doing

n

n




- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from advertising and candidate screening through to onboarding support.
n
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective, compliant and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
n
- Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
n
- Create engaging job advertisements and support recruitment marketing campaigns.
n
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals and community networks.
n
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, employment offers and pre-employment checks.
n
- Support student placements and early career talent initiatives, including relationships with universities and training providers.
n
- Represent Lives Lived Well at careers events, expos and networking opportunities.
n
- Support inclusive recruitment practices that promote diversity, equity, cultural safety and belonging.
n
- Maintain recruitment systems, records and reporting to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.

About You

n

You are highly organised, customer-focused and passionate about connecting people with meaningful careers.

n

To be successful, youu2019ll bring:

n

n
- 1–2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources support.
n
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
n




- Exposure to candidate sourcing and talent pooling initiatives.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A commitment to delivering positive candidate experiences and inclusive recruitment practices.
n
- Confidence using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
n
- Experience coordinating student placements or early talent programs.
n
- Experience in a not-for-profit, healthcare, community or human services environment.
