Key Responsibilities

- Enrich people's lives by forging strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
n
- Proactively assist Housing Managers in the management of housing portfolios.
n
- Assist and guide tenants to successfully manage their arrears.
n
- Undertake periodic inspections, including ingoing/outgoing inspections, under the support of a Housing Manager.
n
- Facilitate support and solutions for repairs and maintenance of tenancies.
n
- Assist in the processing of lease sign‐ups with compassion and empathy.
n
- Help support tenants and create thriving communities.
n
- Encourage and undertake resident consultation to ensure the delivery of customer‐focused services for residents.
n

Required Qualifications
n
n
- Commitment to complete Certificate IV in Social Housing.
n
- Strong negotiation and conflict‐management skills.
n
- Self‐starter who is organised and able to prioritise.
n
- Collaborative team player.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check and an NDIS check.
n
- Desirable: awareness of social and community housing sector services and principles.
n
- Desirable: knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW).
