We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead Greenstreat's expanding network of Victorian stores and play a key role in shaping its next phase of growth.

n

This role is ideal for a hands‐on, people‐focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment — someone who knows how to inspire teams, drive performance, and balance strategy with day‐to‐day execution.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong financial performance.
n
- Drive results through clear KPIs, coaching, and accountability.
n
- Support Store Managers with rostering, labour planning, and operational improvements.
n
- Build and mentor high‐performing teams that reflect Greenstreat's values and purpose.
n
- Oversee compliance, food safety, and workplace standards across all locations.
n
- Partner with the executive team on catering, partnerships, and community initiatives to grow the brand.
n
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, and store profitability, implementing initiatives for ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For





n

n
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Operations Leader in hospitality, food retail, or QSR.
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative mindset.
n
- Deep knowledge of compliance, food safety, and operational best practices.
n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving abilities.
n
- Hands‐on and adaptable, with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
n
- Experience in catering, events, or business development is highly regarded.
