Your new role
n
We are seeking experienced GPS Grader Operators with proven Final Trim and Trimble GPS experience to support a major haul road construction project and tailings dam maintenance works. Working within a safety-focused and production-driven team, you will be responsible for carrying out precise final trim work, maintaining design tolerances, and operating GPS-guided grading systems to deliver high-quality road construction outcomes. You will work on a 2/1 FIFO roster, day shift only, with all meals, accommodation and flights provided.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience operating graders in mining, civil, or large-scale earthworks environments.
n
- Demonstrated Final Trim experience on haul roads, pads, batters, and drainage works.
n
- Robust experience using Trimble GPS machine guidance systems.
n
- Current and valid RII Grader Operator competency.
n
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction designs.
n
- Current Open Driver's Licence.
n
- Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check.
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
