What you'll be responsible for

n

You'll be joining our HR and WHS Advisory team - the engine room of our organisation - delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Here's what your days will look like:

n

n
- Own complex grievances, investigations and termination matters for our top-tier clients
n
- Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk
n
- Prepare claim responses (e.g. FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation
n
- Deliver client training, webinars and facilitate implementation meetings
n
- Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value
n
- Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking
n

Who we're looking for

n

You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that, here's what will set you up for success:

- Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance
n
- Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgement on risk and escalation
n




- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
n
- Clear, plain-English communicator who builds client trust and empathy
n
- Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
n
- Calm under pressure, with the stakeholder influence to match
n
