About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ

n

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

n

- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
n
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
n
- Complete service requests as required
n
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
n

What are we looking for?

n

n
- Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs,



planting, laying turf, irrigation and mulching
n
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
n
- White Card
n
- Highly regarded: Working at heights, ACDC licence, EWP, Working with Children
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
n
- Be punctual and reliable
n
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
n
- Solid work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
n
