Allenstown Community School is a K-8th grade school located in Allenstown, NH. We are actively seeking qualified candidates for a Music teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualified candidates would be responsible for helping design and implement a rich curriculum, dynamic student-centered instruction delivered in music classes, and performance-based assessments.

Essential Functions





- Knowledge of current music teaching methods and educational pedagogy.
- Knowledge of music curriculum and concepts.
- Develop and administer the ACS Music Curriculum consistent with school district goals and objectives.
- Promote a classroom setting that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction, and student learning.

Provide the very best instruction, emotional guidance, and social development for each child.

Qualifications Profile

- Certification/License: NH State Certification as a Music Teacher
- Education: Bachelors or Masters from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment
- Experience: Successful elementary/middle school teaching experience a plus
