Youth Justice and Victim Support in Mermaid Beach, QLD, is seeking a Court Coordinator to represent the Director-General in youth justice court matters and to provide expert advice to departmental staff.

You will undertake comprehensive pre-court preparation, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with magistrates, police, and community organisations to ensure high-quality court services for young people and families. Ongoing career development and junior staff mentoring are also expected.
