Overview

n

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Key Account Manager to join our national team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across hospital and specialty channels, with a robust focus on IVF clinics, fertility specialists, and hospital pharmacy departments.

Responsibilities

n

- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
n
- Submit and maintain public and private tenders
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including fertility specialists, specialists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement teams.
n
- Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate usage.
n
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
n




- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
n

Qualifications & Experienced

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, business, or related field.
n
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty or hospital channels.
n
- IVF or fertility product experience highly desirable.
n
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
n
