Due to continued growth, this well-established water treatment provider is seeking a trade-qualified Service Technician to support both workshop and field operations.

Your New Role

n

The ideal candidate will hold a trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing. In this role, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of water treatment plants and associated equipment.

n

Your main duties will include:

n

- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance
n
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
n
- Conducting regular equipment inspections
n
- Assisting engineers with the commissioning and start-up of new plants
n
- Providing in office technical support
n

n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess:

n

n
- Trade qualification
n




- Minimum of 5 years' experience in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Current driving licence
n
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when required, including occasional overnight travel
n
- Desirable: Experience with water treatment plants and reverse osmosis systems is highly regarded
n
- Previous experience commissioning water treatment systems
n
- Forklift, EWP or confined spaces tickets are highly advantageous
n
