Hungry Jack's is seeking an energetic Training Coach to support growth across Queensland. In this field-based role, you will partner with District Managers and Restaurant Managers to build capability and drive performance, delivering engaging learning experiences across multiple restaurants.
You will combine facilitation, coaching and hands-on support to improve skills, confidence and performance, travelling throughout Queensland as required.
