We are looking for a payroll and accounts administrator to become a key member of our Payroll team based in Alexandria, Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with our weekly payroll operations. This includes processing payroll, maintaining accurate employee payroll records, and managing superannuation obligations.
The Payroll
Officer works collaboratively with the consultant team on awards and pay rates and liaise with clients on any time sheet queries. The role also provides support on Return to work as well as Credit Management so previous experience is an advantage. Full training on our systems will be provided.

About you
- Ability to understand and interpret industrial awards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Capacity to operate with discretion, respect, trust and discernment whilst also maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills as well as expert in Excel software
- Ability to take initiative and follow processes and procedures
- To work well in a team workplace
- Experience with payroll systems MYOB
- 3-5 years' experience in similar role
