Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join an Agile delivery setting. The role will focus primarily on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) , delivering technical solutions, enhancements, customisations, production support, and ongoing platform improvements.

Candidates with technical experience across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS), HCM, or FSCM are welcome; however, strong hands-on experience in Campus Solutions is the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom PeopleSoft modifications and standalone bolt-on applications, primarily across Campus Solutions (CS) .
- Develop and maintain technical solutions using PeopleCode, Application Packages, Activity Guides, and Approval Framework .
- Work with both Fluid and Classic Activity Guides .
- Develop and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and Approval Framework solutions.
- Apply advanced object-oriented PeopleCode and PeopleSoft development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues and technical defects.
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into robust PeopleSoft solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of custom modifications and enhancements.
- Assist with PeopleSoft PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) cycle retrofits and related technical activities.
- Perform technical analysis, debugging, testing, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, testers, and other technical team members.
- Participate actively in Agile delivery practices ,



including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Deliver user stories, technical tasks, enhancements, and bug fixes within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, testing, and continuous improvement activities.

Essential Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) .
- Expert-level PeopleCode development skills.
- Advanced Object-Oriented PeopleCode experience.
- Strong experience with Application Packages .
- Hands-on experience with Activity Guides – Fluid and Classic .
- Strong knowledge of Approval Framework / Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) .
- Experience developing custom modifications and bolt-on applications .
- Experience with production support and troubleshooting .
- Experience supporting PUM upgrades and retrofit activities .
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment .

Desirable Experience

- Experience across other PeopleSoft pillars such as HCM or FSCM .
- Experience working in large enterprise or higher-education environments.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and support processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
