An excellent chance has opened up for an early-career Lawyer with 1–3 years’ PAE to join a well-established Personal Injury team, with a particular focus on TAC matters.

This is a fantastic role for a Lawyer who already brings experience gained in either a plaintiff or defendant practice group, and is looking for take their career to the next level. You’ll work alongside experienced senior lawyers who will give you plenty of support and guidance, while also encouraging you to take ownership of your matters.

Working across a busy TAC practice, you’ll work across the life of a matter, including:

- Managing your own files with appropriate supervision and support
- Drafting correspondence, advices and court documents
- Reviewing medical and other evidence




- Preparing matters for conferences, mediations and hearings
- Liaising directly with clients, Counsel, medical experts and other stakeholders
- Assisting on more complex matters alongside senior members of the team

We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years’ PAE who has gained experience in working on TAC matters as a practicing lawyer in an Australian law firm.
