About the role:
At Carinity Home Care – Brisbane North, we’re dedicated toproviding personalised support to seniors and people living withdisability so they can live independently at home and stayconnected to their community. In this rewarding position,you’ll provide administrative and rostering support to our HomeCare operations while delivering exceptional customer service toour clients and their families.
This is a permanent full-time role requiring availability Mondayto Friday.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Managing client enquiries and maintaining accurate recordsand documentation
- Preparing and updating rosters and coordinating staffschedules in line with operational needs
- Assisting clients and their representatives withinformation about Carinity’s services
- Supporting the Lifestyle Coordinator and broader team withdaily office tasks
- Ensuring confidentiality and quality outcomes across alladministrative functions
About you:
You are a strong communicator whothrives in a busy, people focused setting. You take pride indelivering high quality service, managing multiple priorities, andsupporting a team that values compassion,
respect and excellence.You’ll enjoy working within a purpose-driven organisation thatcares deeply for its community. If you’re organised, proactive andhave a heart for helping others, this could be your next step.Experience gained working in a similar role within the home care,aged care or community services industry is highly desirable.
In addition, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in office administration orclerical support
- Experience in staff rostering, preferably using acomputerised system
- Certificate or qualification in Business Administration isadvantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
