Spurty's Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Kalgoorlie WA. You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and high-quality automotive services, including:

- Performing scheduled servicing and maintenance (oil changes, brake inspections, etc.)
n
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools
n
- Repairing and replacing mechanical and electrical components
n
- Conducting vehicle testing to ensure safety, reliability and quality standards are met
n
- Accurately documenting all work performed and maintaining service records
n
- Supporting day-to-day workshop operations to meet business objectives
n
- Ensuring the workshop is kept clean, tidy and well organized
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Australian trade qualifications (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent) – highly regarded
n
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic / Technician
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and tools
n
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
n
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
n
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and continuous learning
n
