ResourceCo is seeking an HR Advisor for a 6-month parental leave contract in Mulgrave, VIC, with regular travel to Somerton sites. You’ll be a true generalist handling ER/IR, recruitment, performance management and project work to support our national team.
The role requires solid HR generalist experience and a solid grasp of Australian employment legislation, a people-focused approach, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and willingness to travel to site-based teams.
