We’relooking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day performance of our production team at Prima PMI.

Working closely with Team Leaders and reporting to the Production Manager,you’llplay a key role in keeping production running smoothly, supporting teamdevelopmentand ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved.

The Role

This is a hands-on role whereyou’llsupport Team Leaders and help coordinate daily production activity.

You’llplay a key role in ensuring production targets are met whilemaintainingstrong quality standards and supporting the development of the production team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting Team Leaders to achieve production targets andmaintainservice level agreements
- Leading toolbox meetings and supporting daily production coordination
- Working withthe scheduling team to align onrostersand escalation whererequired
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to manage stock availability
- Monitoring operational reports and data toidentifyrisks or improvement opportunities
- Conducting monthly 1:1meetingswith Team Leaders to support development
- Supporting performance conversations and coaching whererequired
- Maintaining strong quality standards and reducing internal defect rates




- Escalating major operational challenges to the Production Manager whenrequired

You’llalso collaborate across the business with teams including Customer Service, Warehouse, OHS and Production Trainers to support smooth operations.

About You

You’resomeone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems and supporting people to perform at their best.

You’llbring:

- Previousexperience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working in manufacturing or print production environments
- Familiarity with production management systems and operational reporting
- Understanding of quality control and root cause analysis
- Experience working with production machinery or process lines

You’llalso have the leadership skills needed to support front-line teams, including:

- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Critical thinking and practical problem solving
- Emotional intelligence when working with teams
