We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds North Parramatta (87-place centre).

n

About The Role

n

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire children's curiosity, creativity, and lifelong love of learning.

n

Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators, you will create meaningful learning experiences, support children's development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement,



and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
n
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality education and care
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
n
- Promote children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
- Be able to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
n
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care
n
