Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and manage HSEQ programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
n
- Develop, implement, and monitor risk management strategies and proactive hazard identification processes.
n
- Drive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives to minimise incidents and promote well-being.
n




- Ensure compliance with psychosocial health and well-being standards, supporting the mental and physical safety of all personnel.
n
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting in alignment with corporate HSEQ policies.
n
- Provide guidance and mentorship to site teams on HSE best practices.

About You

n

- 5+ years' HSEQ management experience in mining, oil & gas, construction, or civil sectors
n
- Advanced risk management skills with a proactive approach
n
- Solid understanding of psychosocial health and wellbeing
n
- Confident leader with excellent communication skills
