WYNCO Recruitment is working with a well-established Sydney construction business looking to appoint a Junior Business Development Executive to join their team.
Based around Bondi and Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, the business delivers high-end projects across some of Sydney's most prestigious locations, including Bondi, Double Bay, Vaucluse, Maroubra and through to the Northern Beaches.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales or business development career who is confident, outgoing, polished and great with people.
The Role
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Regularly meet with developers, private clients and industry contacts
- Keep in touch with clients regarding upcoming projects
- Help generate repeat business and referrals
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions
- Represent the business professionally across the Eastern Suburbs
- Identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with senior management to support the project pipeline
About You
- Confident, energetic and highly personable
- Naturally good at building relationships
- Professional and polished in client-facing environments
- Comfortable speaking with developers, business owners and high-net-worth clients
- Proactive and commercially minded
- A genuine go-getter who enjoys meeting people
- Looking to build a long-term career in business development
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, real estate, property, hospitality, account management or business development would be highly regarded.
Construction experience is not essential.
