Our client is an iconic Australian footwear brand known for delivering trend-driven, fashion-forward styles for men and women all year round. They are looking for someone who can bring our brand to life through creative storytelling, engaging content, and performance-driven campaigns that need to be monitored and optimised accordingly.

What You'll Be Doing?

n

You'll own their social presence from idea to execution. That means you'll:

n

n
- Plan and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
n
- Dream up creative campaigns that people actually want to watch and engage with.
n
- Shoot, edit and publish photo and video content for both organic and paid social.
n
- Create content on the fly - from behind-the-scenes moments to campaign shoots and trending reels.
n
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads to grow our audience and build brand awareness.
n
- Plan, design and execute EDM campaigns using DotDigital (or a similar platform).
n
- Analytics and optimisation. Track performance, uncover insights, and use the data to make every campaign even better.
n
- Stay ahead of social trends, creators, sounds,



memes and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

You're Probably Someone Who...

n

n
- Has 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing (fashion or retail is a bonus).
n
- Lives on Instagram and TikTok - and understands what makes content perform.
n
- Can confidently shoot, edit and isn't afraid to step in front of the camera when needed.
n
- Knows your way around Meta Ads Manager.
n
- Has experience creating EDMs using DotDigital or a similar platform.
n
- Has a great eye for aesthetics, storytelling and visual content.
n
- Is organised, proactive and thrives in a quick-paced environment.
n
- Loves fashion, follows trends, and is always looking for the next big idea.
